We want you to love your merino wool garments, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our process is designed to be as simple and sustainable as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn items back into the original reusable mailer or a similar sustainable package, ensuring all tags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
